übertec is an Authorised Apple Service Provider. We can process warranty repairs for iPods and Computers. Please bring in your proof of purchase with your machine.

We also specialise with Apple non-warranty repairs, hard drive upgrades, data rescue, installations, troubleshooting and more.

übertec inspection fee $80

Inspection and assessment of computer equipment, providing recommendations or quote for required work.

übertec iPod diagnostic fee $45

Inspection and assessment of non warranty iPods (either outside of warranty period, or fault due to accidental damage or abuse). This diagnostic fee is payable when you bring in your iPod. We do recommend trying these troubleshooting steps prior to bringing in your iPod.

übertec emergency service fee $105

We usually require 3 days notice to schedule service jobs, although we do understand that sometimes things happen that can't wait to be fixed. So we have an Emergency Fee so you can choose to fast track your service job. This is an extra charge on top of the normal hourly rate.
